A meeting of the past and present

One of the beautiful things about seminary life is to see our brothers becoming ordained. One of these beautiful experiences was the visit of Fr. Tom Malaickal, a former seminarian of Sedes Sapientiae from the SyroMalabar Eparchy of Changanacherry in Kerala, India. Fr. Tom arrived on the morning of Sunday, March 27th, and celebrated the Holy Mass with the community. In his homily, he spoke about the importance of consistent prayer in the seminary life, reminiscing many of his memories during his time at Sedes Sapientiae. Many of the seminarians were able to meet and speak with him. Often, it is very encouraging to hear from priests the importance of seminary formation. The advice that the seminarians receive help them to spend their valuable time of formation well. Currently, Fr. Malaickal continues with his studies in this city. We wish him the best in his studies and his priestly life.
