With fatherly affection

As a father filled with so much love for his children, Pope francis had a meeting with Priests and seminarians studying in Rome on October 24, 2022. Of course, it was a much desired appointment, and all the seminarians and formators of Sedes Sapientiae were present. The day began with some moments of presentation by seminarians and priests from different colleges. A group of seminarians of Sedes Sapientiae presented two songs, in Swahili and Zulu, in appreciation to God who calls and loves. Afterwards, some moments of prayers followed. Soon, the Pope arrived and ten questions were presented before him, among which our seminarian Solomon Ezekwueme, from the Diocese of Ekwolobia, Nigeria, asked the Pope how to make a good discernment in the different situations of our lives. The Holy Father promptly gave responses in a fatherly manner to all questions presented to him. Encouraging both priests and seminarians present on their journey, Pope Francis led the Angelus prayer and gave his blessings.
