Where the snow transformed Rome...

Over the years, our seminarians have had several opportunities to learn about the apostolic action of different congregations and religious families through pastoral activities and various moments of sharing. The Missionaries of Divine Revelation is dedicated to the apostolic life for the new evangelization and base their apostolic ardor on contemplata aliis tradere, which means to transmit to others the things contemplated through a life of prayer and mission. Therefore, they use several methods to achieve this goal, including the "catechesis with art"-- that is, itineraries of art to rediscover the beauty of faith through the knowledge of Christian Rome.

On this occasion, Sister Agnese showed to us the historical background of many details that the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore contains, explaining all the events that took place there from the day of the miraculous snowfall to the present day.

Did you know that there is also a Sistine Chapel?
