On the occasion of his presence in Rome for the beginning of the Synod of Bishops, His Eminence Cardinal Odilo Pedro Scherer, archbishop of São Paulo, Brazil, came to our College to celebrate Holy Mass and greet all those who are part of the community, especially the seminarians who belong to his Archdiocese.
On the feast of Our Lady of the Rosary, he recalled the papal teaching on the Holy Rosary and the privileged role of Our Lady in the life of the Church. He also spoke to us about the work of the synod within his archdiocese in the context of the Synod on Synodality that will begin on October 10.
