Two Former Seminarians Ordained to the Priesthood: A Joy for the Whole Community

There is no greater joy for a mother, for a family, than to see her children reach the goal of their lives and fulfil their heartfelt dreams. That same joy fills our hearts as a community, as we celebrate two of our former seminary students who have been ordained to the priesthood in this spring -April and May 2026.

With deep gratitude, we announce the priestly ordination of two brothers formed within our seminary: Fr. Rajeesh James, of the Diocese of Neyyattinkara in India, ordained on 29 April 2026, and Fr. Francisco Bucardo, of the Diocese of León in Nicaragua, ordained on Saturday, 2 May 2026. So as a community, we thank God for this precious gift. We wish Fr. Rajeesh and Fr. Bucardo a fruitful and joyful mission, and pray that they may be a living sign of Christ the Good Shepherd.
