From September 27 to October 3, some seminarians spent a week of spiritual retreat in Castelromano.
The retreat was led by Mons. Pier Domenico di Candia, a priest of the Archdiocese of Matera-Irsina, who, with diligence and attention, guided us to meditate on some scenes from the Gospel and on the pontifical documents regarding St. Joseph, in this year dedicated to him. There were also other moments of prayer and piety, such as praying the Stations of the Cross in the gardens of the house.
It was an enriching week for our souls that ended with the Sunday Mass. We thank God immensely that through these means of encounter with Him He refreshes our hearts.
