Román Solis: Ordained Deacon

On October 30, 2025, Our Dear Román Eduardo Solis Guzmán, a former alumnus of our seminary, was ordained as a Deacon by Mons. Gerardo de Jesús Rojas López in the Diocese of Tabasco, Mexico. As Román embraces his mission, we pray that the Holy Spirit guides him in his commitment to a life of love, humility, and dedication. We are happy of Román’s ordination and honored to see him embark on this sacred path of ministry.

The Diocese of Tabasco, located in southeastern Mexico, was established in 1959 and serves the state of Tabasco. It is known for its rich cultural heritage and tropical landscapes, the diocese focuses on evangelization, education, and social outreach, with a deep commitment to serving marginalized communities. As part of this diocese, Román’s ministry will contribute to the ongoing mission of fostering faith and providing pastoral care to the people of Tabasco.
