On the 23rd of February, our seminarians had the blessed opportunity to serve in the mass for the Jubilee of Deacons, celebrated at St. Peter's Basilica. The event, presided over by Archbishop Rino Fisichella, who was delegated by the pope, marked a significant moment in the Holy Year, bringing together permanent deacons from around the world to reflect on their ministry of service.
The seminarians assisted in the liturgy with reverence and dedication, embodying the spirit of diakonia —selfless service— that the celebration highlighted. The event was a profound testament to the unity of the Church, as clergy and faithful gathered to honor the vital role of deacons in the ecclesial life.
