Harvest of Grace

On May 15th and 16th, the Church joyfully celebrated the priestly ordinations of two alumni of Sedes Sapientiae. On May 15th, our dear Rev. Vijaya Raju Kondaparla was ordained to the priesthood by His Excellency Mons. Thelagathoti Joseph Raja Rao, SMM, Bishop of Vijayawada (India). The solemn celebration took place at the Parish Church of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception in Vanukuru, drawing together the faithful in a spirit of profound thanksgiving.

The following day, May 16th, dear Rev. Dn. Son Lam Hoang was ordained to the priesthood in the Diocese of Ban Mê Thuôt, Vietnam. The Eucharistic celebration was presided over by Bishop John Baptist Nguyễn Huy Bắc at the Sacred Heart Cathedral.

Both ordinations were marked by deep reverence and gratitude, reflecting the universal joy of the Church in welcoming new laborers to the Lord’s vineyard. May the Lord, who has called and consecrated them, continue to guide their ministry with grace, and may they serve God’s people with unwavering faith, hope, and love.
