Fond memories

During the days he spent in Rome at the beginning of November, Cardinal Leopoldo José Brenes, Archbishop of Managua (Nicaragua), was able to find a little time in his schedule to come to our College, where one of the seminarians of his archdiocese is being trained.

After a brief tour of the house, he had lunch with us and then spent a few minutes with the seminarians. He confided to us that it is always touching for him to be in a seminary, as he has very fond memories of his time as a seminarian. After telling us some anecdotes, he gave us his blessing and asked us to pray for Nicaragua, where, as we know, the Church is facing a delicate situation.
