Día de los Muertos: A Moment of Prayer and Remembrance

On the eve of the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed, our Mexican brothers presented their Calaverita Literaria to the community, accompanied by traditional music and a poetic composition on the occasion of Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).

At the end of the presentation, our Rector, who is also Mexican, led a moment of prayer and blessing before the Altar de Muertos, prepared by the Mexican brothers themselves, for the repose of our departed loved ones and all the faithful departed, especially those dear to us and the most forgotten souls, who are particularly in need of our prayers. We entrusted them all to the mercy of the Lord, asking Him to grant them eternal rest and let perpetual light shine upon them. May they rest in peace. Amen.
