Welcome to Sedes family!

Greetings of welcome have been given to our new formators and spiritual directors for this new formation year!

We welcome with affection don Eduardo Baura, born in Madrid (Spain) and a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei. Don Eduardo has a degree in Law from the University of Granada, a Doctorate in Canon Law and another in Civil Law from the University of Navarra.

He has been a professor of Canon Law at the PUSC since 2003 and a professor at the St. Pius X Faculty of Canon Law (Venice) since 2015. He is a director of the Ius Ecclesiae Journal. He will be a confessor in our College.

Don Cristian Mendoza was born in Guadalajara (Mexico) and is also a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei. Don Cristian has a doctorate in Dogmatic Theology from the PUSC and is an assistant professor of social doctrine of the Church in the Faculty of Theology and Economics of Institutional Communication in the Faculty of Church Communication at the same university. He is a member of the Editorial Committee of Church Communication and Culture, the scientific journal of the Church's School of Communication. Director of studies and a formator in our College.

Don Juan Rego joins also as one of our new formators. He was born in Madrid (Spain) and is a priest of the Prelature of Opus Dei. He has a degree in History of Art from the Complutense University of Madrid and completed his theological studies at the University of Navarra and in the PUSC. He has a doctorate in Sacred Liturgy from the Pontifical Liturgical Institute of Saint Anselm. He is a professor at the Liturgical Institute of the PUSC, where he teaches Fundamental Liturgical Theology, Liturgical Aesthetics and Anthropology & Liturgy. He collaborates with the Dogmatic department of the same university in the discipline of Christology, as well as in some projects that bring together artists and theologians. He is the College’s guide for the liturgy and a formator.

We commend them to Holy Mary, the Seat of Wisdom, so that the work they will do in our College will be fruitful and for the greater glory of God.
