Adolescents in Mission

On Sunday, April 27, our community participated in the Jubilee of Adolescents at St. Peter’s Square, helping in liturgical service. The Mass was presided over by Cardinal Pietro Parolin, Secretary of State of the Holy See. The celebration was attended by approximately 80,000 adolescents from a lot of dioceses around the world.

In his homily, Cardinal Parolin highlighted the theme of the Jubilee Year, "Pilgrims of Hope", and emphasized the role of adolescents as bearers of hope in the Church and the world. He encouraged the young participants to live authentically, to be witnesses of the Gospel, and to contribute to building a more just and compassionate society.

This event served as a reminder of the vital role that adolescents play in the ongoing mission of the Church and the importance of nurturing their spiritual growth and engagement.
