On October 7, the students of Sedes Sapientiae College took part in the inauguration of the 41st academic year of the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. A solemn moment marked by the words of Mons. Fernando Ocáriz, Grand Chancellor, who reminded us that the university is more than a place of instruction - it is a community seeking truth, a space of light and dialogue, where wisdom is passed on through authentic relationships.
We were honored to witness the conferral of the Doctorate Honoris Causa to Cardinal Kurt Koch, Professors Pree and Donati, and Professor Gregory. This gesture of recognition highlights the intellectual and spiritual mission of the University, in which our seminarians are fully engaged. May this new academic year be rich in study, encounters, and growth - both human and vocational.
