A Voice for Christian Unity

On 19th February 2026, we had the privilege to welcome Archbishop Flavio Pace, Secretary of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity.Welcomed as the community’s Sedes Guest, he joined the seminarians for lunch and offered reflections on the Church’s ongoing commitment to ecumenical dialogue. His insights highlighted the spiritual and pastoral urgency of fostering unity among Christians.
In his remarks, Archbishop Pace emphasized the centrality of ecumenical commitment in the life of the Church today. He highlighted the importance of cultivating authentic relationships with other Christian communities, noting that the search for unity is not merely a theological exercise but a lived expression of charity, humility, and fidelity to Christ’s prayer “that they may all be one.”
