On the evening of 22nd May, we had a chance to welcome the President of the CARF Foundation -Dr. Luis Alberto Rosales- as part of our longstanding tradition. CARF is a Spanish foundation devoted to supporting the formation of seminarians, since a long time a very generous partner and benefactor in our mission.
At the heart of the evening was the perpetuation of a beloved and long-standing tradition: the solemn presentation of a Mass kit to each of the seminarians who will be completing their formation, five this year. This meaningful gesture, rich in symbolism, equips each departing seminarian with the sacred instruments they will need as they step forward into their priestly ministry. Such sacred instruments include, vestments, chalice, ciborium, cruets, and altar crucifix.
In concluding the evening, our seminarians expressed their heartfelt thanksgiving and gratitude to the CARF Foundation for their prayers, help and support to our seminarians. Warm wishes to our five seminarians as they prepare to embark on this new and exciting chapter of their lives. We are very thankful to the CARF Foundation for their support that makes possible the formation of our seminarians. We will always keep them in our prayers.
